Subscription Policy

1. Overview
This Subscription Policy describes how billing, cancellations, refunds, and plan changes work for winek.ai paid plans (Pro and Agency). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Plans and pricing
winek.ai currently offers two paid tiers: Pro (19€/month or 15€/month billed annually) and Agency (69€/month or 55€/month billed annually). Prices are in Euros and exclude VAT where applicable. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
3. Billing cycle
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month from the date of your first payment. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. You will receive an email receipt for every charge. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions run for 12 months from the start date and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Payment information is stored and processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
7. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days, contact us at hello@winek.ai for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Annual plan refunds are prorated only within the first 7 days.
8. Plan upgrades and downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time — the new rate applies immediately, and we will prorate the remaining days of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You retain all paid features until the downgrade takes effect.
9. Agency overage charges
The Agency plan includes 200 scans per month. Additional scans beyond the included quota are charged at 0.30€ per scan. Overage charges are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle alongside your regular subscription fee.
10. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
