1. Use of the service
winek.ai provides a Brand Visibility audit platform. By using this service, you agree to these terms. You may not use this service to analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze, to attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring methodology, or to abuse the free tier rate limits through automated requests.
2. Free tier
The free tier allows 3 analyses per day per IP address. This limit exists to ensure fair access for all users. Attempting to circumvent rate limits through VPNs, proxies, or automated tooling will result in access being suspended.
3. Accuracy and limitations
GEO scores are estimates based on the signals we detect at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee that improving your GEO score will result in increased AI citations. AI engine behavior is non-deterministic and changes frequently. Scores should be used as directional guidance, not absolute measurements.
4. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
5. Intellectual property
The winek.ai platform, scoring methodology, brand assets, and all associated content are the intellectual property of winek.ai. You may share and reference our reports with attribution. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute our methodology or platform without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
winek.ai is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of scores. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on our scores or recommendations.
